Payment Policy:
We accept bank debit cards and most major credit cards (we do not accept Discover card) . We require a valid credit card when scheduling Spa Service. We cannot accept the 20% service charge on major credit cards, however there is a ATM located in the spa.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid 100%charge for the value of services scheduled for the day.
Check-In:
For spa services, please check in 20 minutes
prior to appointment to enjoy steam & sauna rooms.
