- For spa services, please check in 20 minutes early.
- A 20% service charge will be added upon check in.
- We are a non-smoking environment.
- We provide Lockers, robes and slippers. We have showers, steam room and sauna.
- For water therapies please bring bathing suit.
- We suggest:
- Drink plenty of water before and after spa visits.
- We are not responsible for lost jewelry.
- Any medical conditions? Please advise your therapist.
- Pregnant women should not receive heat treatments.
- No massage recommended first trimester and last two weeks of pregnacy.
- Alcohol prior to heat services is not recommemded.
- Three or more guests are considered a group. Ask for group booking proceedure.
- Under (16) yrs of age, third person present in massage room.
- For your protection and ours - We follow all DPR and Dept. of Health rules regulations.
- Payment Policy: We accept bank debit cards and most major credit cards (NO Discover). We require a valid credit card to secure spa service. ATM machine available-We DO NOT accept checks.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel appointments, do so 48 hrs.in advance to avoid 100% charge of service value plus gratuity.
