Check-In: For spa services, please check in 20 minutes prior to appointment.
Service Charge: A 20% service charge will be added to Services upon check in.
For Your Pleasure: We are a non-smoking environment.
We provide: Lockers, robes and slippers. We have showers, steam room and sauna. Bathing suit is required.
We Suggest:
Drink plenty of water before and after your spa visits.
Any medical conditions? please advise your therapist.
Please rest after heat treatments and take it easy for the rest of the day.
Leave jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost jewelry.
Pregnant women should not receive heat treatments, or massages during the first trimester and the last two weeks of third trimester.
We do not recommend drinking alcohol prior to services.
3 or more guests are considered a group. Ask for group booking proceedure.
Sixteen (16) years old is the minimum age requirement for body massage services.

Payment Policy:
We accept bank debit cards and most major credit cards
(we do not accept Discover card) .
We require a valid credit card when scheduling Spa Service.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel or change your appointment,
we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid 100%charge for the value of services scheduled for the day.
