- For spa services, please check in 20 minutes early.
- A 20% service charge will be added upon check in.
- We are a non-smoking environment.
- We provide lockers, robes and slippers. We have showers, steam rooms and saunas.
- For water therapies please bring bathing suit.
- We suggest:
- Drink plenty of water before and after spa visits.
- We are not responsible for lost jewelry.
- Any medical conditions? Please advise your therapist.
- Pregnant women should not receive heat treatments.
- Massages are not recommended in the first trimester and the last two weeks of pregnancy.
- Alcohol prior to heat services is not recommended.
- Three or more guests are considered a group. Ask for group booking proceedures.
- Under (16) yrs of age, third person must be present in massage room.
- For your protection and ours - We follow all DPR and Dept. of Health rules and regulations.
- Payment Policy: We accept bank debit cards and most major credit cards (except Discover). We require a valid credit card to secure spa service. ATM machine available-We DO NOT accept checks.

Cancellations: If you must cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Packages require 48 hour notice in order to avoid 100% charge. We will require securing an appointment with a valid credit card. There will be no refund on services rendered. Our computer will automatically delete your appointment should it not recognize a valid credit card on file. |
